Permits: We coordinate architects, engineers and legal to navigate the permit process. We handle everything from zoning approvals to site plans and building permits.
Pre-Construction: We value engineer our projects from the beginning with our design professionals and create realistic construction schedules. Our goal is to be on time and under budget, and we stay up to date on construction trends and materials to make sure our contracting and material sourcing are efficient.
Construction: We are accountable for our construction schedules and budgets throughout the construction process. Our team constantly manages and monitors quality and workmanship while providing detailed progress reports to our partners.
Post-Construction: Clean final inspections and punch-outs ensure that projects end on a high-note. We coordinate this process and manage post-closing construction warranties.
We have experience marketing and closing sales on variety of asset classes, and making sure the deals are done right. We also have an affiliate homebuilding company with it's own team of sales and marketing professionals.

As former Chief Operating Officer of a real estate development and construction company with a footprint in PA, NJ, DE, MD and FL, John led the company to a national top 100 ranking 4 years in a row. John has been the winner of Builder Magazine’s “Fast Track” award two years in a row, and was featured in Business Week Small Business Magazine’s “Dynamic Duos”. John was also named one of the Delaware Valley’s top young professionals by the Philadelphia Business Journal, earning him the “Top 40 Under 40” award. John is a past board member of various trade organizations including: NAIOP, Builders League of Southern NJ, Bucks Mont HBA, NJ Builders Association, and NJ Senior Housing Council.
Blayze’s skills in construction and development have been molded through years of experience at the top national home builders including Toll Brothers and Meritage Homes. Blayze was most recently the Director of Land Acquisition and Development for a private developer based in North Carolina.

John III is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, PA. Before becoming an attorney, John III worked in commercial real estate brokerage and capital markets.
